Datasets

Datasets associated with ZAPBench are hosted on Google Cloud Storage in the zapbench-release bucket (browse). Datasets that may be especially relevant include:

We provide guidance for accessing these datasets with Python in a colab tutorial. Datasets can also be downloaded directly using gsutil.

Functional activity recordings were acquired by Alex Bo-Yuan Chen in the Ahrens lab at HHMI Janelia. Annotations for segmentations were collected by The CellMap Project Team at HHMI Janelia.
